Hi.
My ougoing email account is blocked by tpg due to abuse.
I have no idea why tpg has done this. I have never abused anyone on this account. send very few emails.
I tried changing my password. No good
I rang there help desk. was told someone would ring me the following day. No one did
2 days later got text from tpg saying thanks for calling us plaese download this app to your phone.
I dont use emails on my phone.
This is poor service. I am giving tpg 1 week to fix this. If not done I will cancel Tpg authority to direct debit my bank account. I Will find better internet provider maybe even cheaper with static ip adresss.
Tp you have until 18th sept to fix this
