I have received an email claiming to be from TPG Billing that my monthly account cannot be processed and to update my credit card details. Im assuming this is a scam email and should ignore. Can you confirm please
I can confirm that this is not one of our standard email notifications. I strongly recommend to block the email address and delete this email permanently. We are aware of an increase in falsified letters and statements from telecommunication companies. The falsified letters use the companies branding to appear legitimate and will be either sent via post or email.
If you receive any mail from TPG in the future, whether it be paper or electronic, ensure that you do not follow any links to websites or call any numbers that are unfamiliar to you. If you receive a letter and suspect it may be a scam, just reach out to us and we'll validate it.
