Fixed Wireless Connection Unavailable

I signed up for NBN Fixed Wireless recently. The NBN techs came to my house and were unable to get a Fixed Wireless signal therefore unable to connect me to the network. I need to find out ASAP what can be done in this situation. I have tried for 3 days to use the chat support and I either get cut off or a message to say the service is unavailable at this time. This is an urgent situation for me now and I would appreciate a suitable response ASAP.
