Hi, I need to speak to someone urgently re termination. I don't wish for it to be terminated and need to know following steps to ensure this doesn't happen. Do I simply pay the outstanding balance, and then termination won't happen? Can someone please contact me asap. I have been on hold with tpg for over an hour.
