Thankfully I had not given tpg email address recently to many contacts, but I did have a lot of folders from the past. Sad to hear so many people struggling with this issue with tpg stopping email service. This is what I did - opened an outlook email address & dragged all folders from tpg email to the new outlook account. It was easy!!! Hope this helps.
