I have a Uniden XDECT 8355 series phone with a base station and two extra handsets, purchased in 2017 The base station is connected to the TPG NBN modem. It has suddenly stopped working, no dial tone, and unable to make outgoing, or to receive incoming calls. I initially thought it might have been the phone cable which I replaced. It is still not working. There is plenty of charge in the batteries, and I have also performed a factory reset. All the lights, and the answer function are working. The internet is working perfectly.
