Could I please get some help with my phone phone balance that I'm trying to get refunded?

I called and was advised to email cancel@tpg.com but they only replied to confirm my end date. I followed up again but never got an answer.

I tried to private message a Mod but there is no section to send aDM when go into a mod's profile.

Could I please get the team's help with this?
