How can I cancel my mobile phone service?

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am going to cancel the mobile phone services for 0412804417 (plan ID: 2672454).I have sent an E-mail to custermer services,but I have not got any reply yet.  I called 1300993019 waiting over 35mins,but no one answer .Could you tell me how can I do to cancel it???
