Hello. I'm trying to cacel my plan with you.
There does not seem to be a way to do this online via my acocunt.
I cannot get through on the phone. It hangs up on me.
I could not get through on the chat. It says it's not available.
I understand these are difficult times, but not providing any direct way for your customers to communicate with you, other than an open forum is pretty terrible. I'm considering reporting you to the ACCC.
