I am being billed for NBN plus home wireless

I accepted TPG's offer to switch from NBN to Home Wirless, driven by the $10 per month fee reduction, received the new modem, swapped it for the home wireless one and I went through the 14 day trial period.  Then I noticed I was being charged twice - one for NBN internet and also for Home Wireless $59.99 plus $49.99.  My account shows no reference to my new plan being changed to Home Wireless even though I have asked for NBN to be cancelled (I understood this would automatically happen after 14 days).  I have had no results with TPG customer service in requesting a refund for NBN which clearly show no data is being used.  How can I get my NBN account cancelled and my account be updated showing my new plan?  I regret taking out this costly "upgrade" which is no better than NBN.

Hi @slippiatt ,

Thanks for raising this to us, I am sad to learn that you have been billed twice, I would like to take this opportunity to turn around your experience and get to the bottom of this. To better understand the situation, drop me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID also include your complete address) also include your best contact number and preferred time.

I will arrange one of our Account Specialists to contact you and discuss details of termination of the NBN service.

How do I private message (PM) in the community

Regards,
