I cannot View All Mobile Service Accounts

Unfortunately everytime I access my account and I try to connect to the dashboard with my mobile data usage, I get the message that somenthing went wrong and I got redirected to the Home page to start from scratch. How can I solve this problem?

Let me help see what causing the error message and fix this. Could you post a screenshot of the error message? Also shoot me a PM with your details.

Do not use Chrome

Use your mobile nr as Log in ID

Reset your password

 

The above is the solutions I was reccomended to use
