Get online support
I used mobile sim plan but I had cancel cuz it doesn't work well in my area.
So I changed sim as a different provider but I noticed TPG charged me $11.
Can I pls get refund?

The port out fee is included in our Standard Terms & conditions. You may check the details further on our website under http://tpg.com.au/mobile -> Terms & Conditions ->Mobile Plan Brochure-> If you port your mobile service number to another carrier a port out fee of $11 is payable.
