Hi mate,

I selected Homewiress plan initially but I changed to NBN 50 after 3 days due to the slow internet that caused I can’t watch Netflix on smart tv. I was informed the NBN has been installed on the 22nd April yesterday, however I haven’t received my new modem for the NBN because the staff typo my name that caused the Direct Debit was incorrect and the delivery of new modem is delayed. Would you explain how the bill works as I already haven’t been charged $179 for the NBN yesterday before I actually use the new plan?
