Hi,
I need my internet account cancelled.
I have tried calling, online chat and sent emails for the las 2 weeks and I can not seem to speak with anyone. I did want to move my internet to a new address but after this extremley poor service I want to cancel it today.

I would like the service moved to my new property but it seems i am getting no where with that so its easier to cncel
