I need to cancel my account, however after numerous attempts I have not been able to speak to anyone

I need to cancel my account, however after numerous attempts I have not been able to speak to anyone. I have been advised I would be connected to the right person through online chat but this has failed to happen so far.

 

I understand this would be an extremely busy time, however as it stands, we are unable to work from home at the capacity we need to with our current internet connection.
TPG is making a difficult time harder by only providing online chat and then ignoring the person whilst on the chat.
It is imperative that we cancel our current plan and need to do so today so we can be up and running for a new working week.
