I need to cancel my account

I need to cancel my account as I have switched ISPs.

I have tried using the chat support, and, with varying levels of competency, we usually get to the point where I will be transferred to an account specialist, then the chat just sits dead, and eventually times out.

Is there another way that I can cancel my account as I do not want to keep being billed for a service I am no longer using.
