Hi - I've been on hold on the phone, on live chat, I've tweeted you and searched for answers. How can I cancel my internet with you at the end of the month?
This seems like it could have been a simple online form to fill out, or an email to contact. It seems very dodgy how difficult you're making it to cancel.
Hi Melissa, I'm having the same issue. Unable to contact TPG on phone or online. Totally dodgy practices and surely a complaint needs to be made to the consumer watchdog.
