Hi, I have been trying to email and chat to customer service regarding cancellation of my account. No one has ever gotten back to me or has been helpful. I have been put on hold on chat to customer service multiple times without any answer my questions. I WANT TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT! PLEASE HELP!
