I asked for corona pandemic assistance as offered. You disconnected my service.
After being cut off four times last night i was told i needed to pay 69 to get my service put on......
Transferred to billing and guess what.... cut off.
Thought id try today to go through the internet, cant log in to my account on internet or app.
Even after reseting my password.
Ive now been on the phone for an hour only to be cut off 2 times with in 3 seconds of the phone being answered.
I JUST WANT MY INTERNET BACK ON AND TO PAY MY BILL!!!!
I work hard and want to relax with my kids at night not listen to your bloody repetitive annoying announcments!

Im going back to telstra and will let everyone in my service agcency how bad tpg support is!
