Invoice with billing start and end date

I have taken no lock-in contract broadband connection and it got activated today. When I go to Invoice section and check the invoice, there is no mention about start and end date for billing duration. It is same in the invoice which I got after enrolling for the service.
 
Could you please help with procedure to get invoice with billing start and end dates.
