Mistakenly Churned to another ISP

I have a question.

Can my old phone number be reinstated on a new tpg account?

I have a Business that has a NBN Business Plan with TPG and what happened is another shop  in the centre gave our address to another provider in turned cancelled our TPG account so it could be churned over to My Rebublic.

We Lost our business Phone number of 30 years and the tpg opereator Promised us that they could get our phone number back, is this true?

We need This number 

Why wasnt our account REVERSED CHURNED?
