Mobile Plan Offer

Hi TPG,

I’ve recently moved home and had to change ownership of account for the previous address, as well as create a new account for the new address. I also had a mobile account linked and the offer at the time was $20/month for the 25GB sim plan. I was assured on the phone that I would be able to keep that offer/plan throughout all of the moving/changing of accounts.

I have since looked at my Mobile account and have seen that I am paying $25/month.

Help would be greatly appreciated!
