Mobile Prepaid Account not working

My prepaid plan is aparently "expired" and says "unfinancial" on the account, however there has always been funds available in the account, I've updated the payment details once again but can't see how I can have the charge go through again so I can use my phone. 


Also having an issue updating my address on my account, it will not change, i;ve tried quite a few times and it just goes back to my old address. 


Can someone from TPG please help out with this?
