I can't access mobile data and make calls,
I've logged in and there is a change on my plan without me requesting it.
I also can't call as your service is too "Busy" and hangs up

We're sad to know that you're having issues with the Mobile Serivce. Please send us your account details (Customer ID/Mobile number together with the service address on file) also include your alternate contact number, we'll raise this to one of our Mobile Specialists and have them contact you.
