Moving home

Hey there,

I am currently moving house from 4 Alma terrace, seaton to 87 Hamilton drive, Woodville north.

I tried calling earlier today to request to change my address with no response , the online live chat led me to a site where I choose “moving home” and I put all the new information but am now waiting 2-30 days to receive my nbn package , when I was already on a nbn package, I have tried calling but spoke to someone who had no idea what they were doing and they then transferred me through to an automatic message. I need the internet for my work and if I can’t get this up and running in the next day or so I will be cancelling and joining with someone else. I just want a simple answer to if I have done everything right on my end and how long do I have to wait as I already have a modem and was told my new house has nbn.
