Hi TPG and community,
Not sure if anyone is in the same situation.
I used to register my service together with my family, under same payment account. However, as TGP failed to process payment for my service and I had to update the payment details again and again, I decided to change ownership to have my separate account.
The change of ownership change request was approved without any problem. Then on the day of the billing cycle, I got a notice from TPG to cancel my service??? The change of ownership request was the last communication I had with TPG, and it was approved, then cancelled my service at their own discretion???
I sent various emails asking for the cancellation reference but there has been no reply from TPG so far.
Any idea what I should do in this situation please. If I had known that they were going to cancel my service without any advance notice, I would have gone to other service provider to port out my number.
