NBN Not Avaialble

Hello,

We signed up and paid for NBN last week. THe installation was scheduled for Friday but we were told then that our house is not able to connect to NBN.

We would like to obtain a refund.

I am not able to reach anyone on the online chat so could someone from billing please contact me or give me a reliable number to call.
