NBN disconnection woes

I have been waiting on your moving home support chat channel for more than an hour. The chat was suddenly closed by the support person without any explanation. I do understand that you are under pressure due to the current situation. But I feel you can definitely do better that what you are doing right now. I'm moving house and want my current NBN connection wirh TPG to be disconnected. Could you please advise how do I go about doing this?
