I want to change my plan because I have run out of data on the $50 100G plan. This is ridiculous, you say the peak/off peak times are 8:30 - 2:30 and 2:30 - 8:30. AM?PM? What are you talking about the service is for 24hr supply so what is 2:30? AM? PM? Is it 20:30 to 2:30? or 14:30 to 20:30? so hopeless!!
Anyway I want to upgrade to the $60 unlimited plan but I have been on the site three times now (using the bluetooth data from my phone) and each time I get to the last step it comes up with this:
For the love of god sort your rubbish service out!!
How can I change my plan??
I also want to pay for it with the credit added to my account.
