Whilst I have a foreign mobile, my Australian mobile is not working so that it's impossible to get the SMS code that was linoied to my Australian broadband account. But what is still linked, that I could use, is my email address: email@example.com
We have been told by friends, staying at our place, that the broadband internet is currently not working despite the account being paid recently too but we cannot check if there's any account problems or if it's just a short term local technical problem? If someone from TPG could send me any email we can confirm account numbers and address, etc.
Could someone please help us resolve this matter?
