So, we selected TPG for NBN.
Got the invoice before the service is connected, which included a $300 NBN "new development charge".
The charge is incorrect, this is not a new development, the house has been in the same place since 1974, and the NBN cable is already at the premises, and ready to be connected.
Was on a chat for 3 hours trying to get someone to reverse the eroneous charge, but gave up while waiting for a "case manager" to pick up the chat... How do i get this resolved ???
