New mobile phone required and I need to get a different sim card

Hi  

I need a new mobile phone  as mine is running on Version 5.1.1 and I need 6 or over to download the COVID app, so I went to buy a new mobile phone outright and I was told I would need a new sim card and the salesperson at the shop said they couldn't assist me with transfering my information from my phone sim card to the new sim card, before I buy my new phone can you assist me to do this?

Hi

It is okay I have spoken to a technician from TPG and my sim card ca be adjusted to the new phone
