I was told I was going to get called back upon my query within 24-48 hours and it’s been over a week and no one has called me or emailed me! I’ve now been on the phone as I’m writing this for 2 hours and 21 minutes. Can someone CALL ME! Very glitchy chat support... I’m having second thoughts on this whole plan!
