Hi, my mobile registered in the account portal doesn’t have roaming service.

Hi, no the number is not with TPG. I only have broadband with TPG

We strongly recommend to enable your roaming service to receive the one time passcode.

My current mobile number linked to the account doesn’t provide roaming service. Are you able to update the mobile number to another number that I have with roaming service?
