One TPG account/two monthly bills

According to my St George credit card accound I am being bill $64.99 monthly by TPG since Sept 2022.

I am also being billed $69.99 monthly from my Commonwealth Bank account.

What can I do to stop being billed $64.99 from my St George credit card - they tell me I need to talk to TPG.

According to my account information on TPG I am only being billed for $69.99 monthly, which is the correct amount for 5G broadband. Where is the $64.99 going to?

Please can you investigate this and rectify it if you can see something that I cannot see.
