I went into the online chat as I upgraded to the NBN and the NCD doesn’t have the 3 blue lights (just 1 with 1 flashing). ADSL has been cancelled.

Spent an hour on the chat and was told that the service wasn’t active (I’ve had 3 text messages saying it was).

I was told I would be transferred to get it activated. Waited an hour and was stuck in the same window.

Started again, same process, first person couldn’t help... transferred... nothing.

Then I tried canceling my service. “Can’t do that here I have to transfer”
I said please don’t nothing happens.
No reply.
Nothing happens.

This is really shocking service. I need the internet to work from home.
