POOR POOR Customer Service - I want to cancel my service ASAP

I've tried. For many days. Waited many hours. Waited many hours on the phone. Waited HOURS AND HOURS ON MULTIPLE days. Live chat, all 6 times they said for me to hold the line before your bullsh*t team to direct me to a customer service specialist. I wait three hours. They end the chat. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL MY SERVICE, IS IT REALLY THAT HARD? I'm sick of it. Please do something. Stop being USELESS
