Pause/downgrade/cancel

Hi

 

I was in a live chat and asked about pausing for 6 weeks while on holiday. Said no. Then was offered a downgrade conversation. Asked about that recommendation and cancel and reconnect implications, given I am out of contract.

 

Live chat was terminated at the TPG end..

 

I still don't know the best way to reduce my costs and stay a TPG customer across a 6 week holiday.

We can downgrade the service to NBN12 which cost $64.99 or change plan to TPG Home wireless broadband with unlimited data for $54.99
