Hi, I signed up the nbn 100 plan at first. but TPG sent me the mail about they cannot provide nbn speed 80mbps so I should change the nbn 50 plan.
and then I had changed the plan after I signed up.
however, TPG didn't make credit point and I paid nbn 100 plan, not nbn 50 plan fee.
can you resolve them?
