Payment made and I get my service Cancelled?

Hi,

I processed a payment for my previous bill. One month later your service is cancelled.. No previous contact was made at all to myself. No email no phone call to say my payment didnt go through or was still processing. All I have is ????? above my head. I tried calling and was put on hold for about 25min.. hung up on. Not very good customer service.
