Payment of outstanding invoice

I am attempting to pay the invoice due yesterday. Thanks for hitting me with the $10 fee, that’s a great way to start a new ‘service’ with NBN 100. I have been shifted from pillar to post to get this invoice paid and I would really appreciate it if I could have some person contact me from accounts department so I can get it sorted now please.
