Hi, I am currently on 46 MBPS NBN plan and want to change it to 85 MBPS. Can i do it online and from when the new plan starts ? Does internet stop in between ?
Technically , the upgrade wont afftect your service during the process. It will be asked to power off and on the TPG device when it is ready. But dont worries as We will keep you updated about it.
