Plan change initiated without my consent

Hi folks,


I received an email from TPG out of the blue stating that...

I've since received SMSs about NBN technicians and equipent being shipped. The thing is, did not request this plan change, and had received no prior communication from TPG about it! (I'm currently on an ADSL2+ plan.)


Surely it's illegal for TPG to sign me up to an 18 month contract without my consent!? They aren't answering their phones and their online chat says they're busy, so I can't even contact them to cancel it!
