Please cancel my NBN internet account

i had spoken to the TPG customer service on the phone in the beginning of March asking that i am moving but they insisted i call two days before the move only. I clearly told them I will leave my current address on 30th March so pls cancel my connection after that but she said to call just two days before and they will reconnect to my new address.


Nevertheless, i have tried million times to call and email but i just got responded once that i will be contacted within 24 hrs and no contact whatsoever. 


Kindly note that I have moved out of my residence and would require cancellation of internet and reimburse me that remaining amount.


My last day of moving out was March 30, 2020.


Kindly do the needful to cancel my connection and reimburse me the remaining .
