Please cancel my NBN service!
I am not in a contract anymore and you have charged for another month even though I have already changed providers. I have tried calling several times only to be on hold for 1hr+ and then be hung up on. I can't get through to your "online chat" or even get any indication of when that will become "avaliable".
Your terms and conditions state I must inform you in wirting but give no way of doing so - so consider this my in writing. Cancel my service!
