Poor service

Hi guys,

I’ve only been with you guys for one week and the service has been Terrible for the past 3 days. Netflix keeps pausing, Spotify lags, even you tube slows down intermittently. I’ve done all the troubleshooting with turning off wifi modem and nbn modem.

Is there a problem with my service?
