Hi, I started with a monthly plan from October 2022, and thought that the prepaid balance would cover the monthly payment, but apparently it ended up being charged directly through debit account. Can I ask for a refund of my current prepaid balance?

The prepaid balance will actually sit on your account and it will be utilised should you have a usage outside your plan inclusions and also if you are on roaming. Send us a private message with your TPG customer ID or username and we'll discuss your refund request then.
