If you are referring to the email address linked to your TPG account or the TPG email, please note that it is under the POP3 email protocol.
For POP3 email accounts, it is by default that emails will be deleted after 45 days. The only way you can retain the emails is to use an email client and download all those email to your device.
You may direct your email concern to our postmaster by sending them email to postmaster@tpg.com.au.
