Relocation request did not go through

Hi, 

I previously spoke to Michelle about relocating my home internet to my new address. She said that she would waive the COL fee on a 6 month contract, however I don't believe that she submitted the request even though I suppled all required information on 12/3/2020. When I checked my account yesterday, the only options were a no lock in contract with a COL fee and an 18 month contract with no COL, which were not the options presented to me on 11/3/2020 and not what I agreed to. I am happy to supply to email communication I have received from Michelle. I would greatly appreciate some assistance in changing the 18 month contract to the 6 month contract that I originally agreed to.
