I bought the NBN plan last month for my new house. Soon the installation was completed, so the billing cycle started. But until 16th Oct, I moved in and made the first connection. I raised this concern to you guys through phone earlier and been told you will reset my billing cycle to start from the date of the first connection. Could you please do that for me? Besides, I was charged for the new billing cycle yesterday, hope you guys also can get this sorted. Thanks.
